Disappointed by two services at this location. As a gift I bought my sister four new tires for her car. We were quoted roughly $900 for a new set of mid price range tires and labor. The service workers worked on her car for five hours we had no problem and assured them we would prefer they took their time and were extremely appreciative. After service my sister drives off the lot on a main road and her wheel begins shaking and her whole car sounds like it was breaking apart. We immediately rush back and the supervisor explains they didn’t tighten the lug nuts. The employees weren't apologetic or concerned at all considering the risks they caused. Months later my sister gets a flat I remembered I did purchase a warranty that would foot the bill to a certain extent. I called the location twice for good measure and they claimed to have ordered a tire that was compatible for the car and scheduled her come to the shop the day after it would be delivered. We made the early morning appointment and they guaranteed they would have everything ready for her when she arrived. Shockingly, when she arrived they said they never sent the order and had the audacity to laugh and not take the matter

everyone i’ve interacted with has been pretty nice & helpful but last time i went in they tried to straight up rip me off. my AC stopped working & my brakes were stuttering, so they took a look & said i needed a whole new AC compressor but the brakes were somehow totally fine. they said there was plenty of refrigerant & no leaks in the compartment either. i then realized i had a friend who could look at it for a second opinion & he ran the same tests & found that not only was my refrigerant left completely empty, but my AC worked fine after it was refilled. no new compressor was needed. my brake pads are fine, yes, but the rotors are warped, which they apparently didn’t see at Firestone. they were right that i need new cv axles & a new valve cover gasket, but they quoted me $3,000 to fix those three things. parts alone were going to be $1,650 with them. this was even AFTER the guy i spoke with worked to find any and all applicable discounts (i do really appreciate that he took the time to do so). however, i found all three parts at other retailers for a total of $345. and since i don’t actually need a whole new compressor like they said i did, i only spent $195 on parts, then $350

Mason and all the staff were amazing to work with when I needed a new tire. I’m so glad I didn’t have to drive all the way to the Lexus dealership, and they even helped take care of the hiccups with my tire warranty. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and nice but when I got my car back after being inspected, I noticed some scratching at the bottom of my car, came home and saw this had been detached. Not only did they quote me $1300 for minimal repairs but they let me drive off the lot with it looking like this. How do you expect customers to pay these astronomical prices when you can’t even finish a simple job? Truly the weirdest and most concerning experience.

I noticed this past Sunday that my tire was down to the tread, so I contacted Firestone and they took me immediately an hour before closing not only that, but they made sure to take care of me with my tire. They were honest and open and they gave me the best deal. I will absolutely be back in the future for my tires and other service needs. Joel is so great and so is Brian.
